Rates & Conditions of reservation and cancellation
Prices
You will find all the rates for the current year on our website, in the rooms sections. If they are not already displayed, the rates for the following year are available on request at contact@hotelprovencal.fr or by simulating a reservation on our reservation page.
Our prices include service charges (15%) and are calculated on the basis of VAT at 10%. The tourist tax is extra at €2.10 per adult (over 18 years old) and per day.
Booking conditions
Any reservation request by email or telephone is processed within 24 hours by sending a price proposal. To confirm your reservation, a deposit according to the reserved rate.
A secure link is sent to you for direct payment by email.
All stays are considered confirmed once the deposit has been taken. These deposits will be deducted from the invoice for the reserved stay.
A completely secure online payment is also offered.
Special booking conditions may be applied for promotional offers, long stays and groups.
Terms of cancelation
Cancellation free of charge up to 2 nights before the confirmed arrival date for the refundable rate and for individuals. Groups have different conditions. We also have prepaid and non-refundable rates cashed in full upon booking.
After this period, the deposit is retained. Any change to a confirmed booking will be considered a cancellation followed by a new booking if accepted by our reservations department.

Cancellation without charge until 2 nights before the confirmed date of arrival. The non refundable and prepaid rate is not refundable and totally prepaid, unless emergency cases.
